Home is where the big, fat, flat screen squats in wait for us

There are now more TV’s in Australian homes than there are people!  But if we are spending more time on YouTube, Facebook and with social media why are we buying more and more TV’s? Surprise, surprise we are still watching them.  Look at the impact of MasterChef!!  So TV is still a powerful medium but we are using it differently… it’s background, it’s comfort noise, it’s easier and cheaper and sometimes better than going to live sport and it works with other media (at the same time).
